the policies here at BWS are pretty short and mostly sweet. Something that really sets me apart from other providers is I do not charge a same day cancellation or no-show fees. I am a single mom with 3 kids, I fully understand life happens, so I simply ask you to communicate with me, just shoot me a text at 561-234-8592! If same day cancellations happen too often (3x), you may not be allowed to prebook your appointments going forward. If you no show an appointment, you will not be allowed to book again. 

All appointments are booked online. My booking system will walk you through setting up your profile and new client forms, so you are ready to go at your appointment time!

If you're in a bind and need to bring your kiddos, that is fine! There is a small waiting area up front with a couch they are welcome to wait at or they can be in the room if they're not old enough to be alone.

to some degree. . .yes! I do everything we can to make the experience as quick and as tolerable as possible! At the end of the day, we are ripping your hair out from the root, giving you total smoothness, so while it is absolutely do-able, there is some level of wtf am I thinking associated with waxing!

the waiting period of growth is one of the hardest parts of transitioning to becoming a waxed girly. Your initial growth will need to be 2-3 weeks of growth from when you last removed your hair, ideally 3 weeks but we can work with 2 weeks. Think about the size of a sprinkle, that's the minimum length your hair needs to be!

we will talk more in detail about this during your service. I will help guide you on options for proper skincare along with the helping you choose proper products for your specific needs and goals. The basics of waxing are cleanse and hydrate daily, exfoliate 2-3x a week and consistently wax.

yes ma'am you can! For sanitary purposed you'll need to be wearing a fresh tampon or menstrual cup/disc during your service! Don't let your period throw you off your wax routine!!
